Versatile is a French perfume brand, launched in October 2021 in Paris. Born from the desire to “make the institutional bold. Freeing itself from the institutional codes of luxury perfumery: no to standardized smells and ads, no to elitist prices, no to gender divides. Versatile is a simple movement, based on moments of life rather than exaggerated dreams and ideals.
Coralie Frébourg, the founder, tells us about the birth of the brand: ”VERSATILE is above all my story: as ordinary as it is unique. That of a young 24-year-old graduate who, during a pandemic, hesitated between looking for a job or creating one. A specialized career: having graduated from the École Supérieure du Parfum in 2019 in Paris, I had around ten experiences in the industry and I should have built a career in marketing within a large luxury group. Finally, in January 2021, I changed my mind.”
Versatile offers a new way to perfume yourself: a 15ml nomadic format, with a roll-on and an oil base. Practical thanks to its mini-format, it can be slipped anywhere to always smell good. A small format certainly but powerful: highly concentrated perfume extracts: between 30-38%. Its oily support, 100% alcohol-free and made of almond and wheat, moisturizes and does not irritate the skin, so it can be used even under the sun! An accessible, eco-designed and inclusive approach.
With its alcohol-free formula, you can perfume yourself differently: the roll-on is applied directly to the skin, on pulse points (on the neck, behind the ears, on the torso, wrists, etc.). Friction is possible and even recommended to allow the perfume to blend with your skin.
All VERSATILE perfumes were imagined in Paris, created by an independent creative studio: FLAIR (4 women perfumers: Amélie, Anne-Sophie, Camille and Elia). The concentration is well above 20% and the more concentrated it is, the longer it will last on the skin. The brand's perfumes combine synthesis and natural to favor olfactory harmony as well as hold on the skin. A selection of beautiful natural raw materials, in small doses, combined with original synthetic accords to create perfumes that smell good.
