THE ORIGIN OF THE BRAND NAME
OLIBANUM is a niche perfume brand based in Paris, centered around the theme of olibanum. It uses this resin as a base and combines it with 18 different spices to create 18 perfumes with unique scents.
The name OLIBANUM therefore refers to a rare and precious incense, used for centuries to purify and soothe.
In ancient times, this rare resin was more precious than gold and featured on altars around the world. Today, it is used to purify the atmosphere, relax and soothe the mind. The perfume brand relies on this natural incense, sourced from Arabia and Africa, as the basis for its creations. Using environmentally friendly supercritical CO2 extraction technology, the natural aromatic raw materials are processed to preserve their original fragrance as much as possible.
