How to place an order?
1. Selecting your perfumes:
Explore our perfume collection and select the fragrances that appeal to you. Add them to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
2. Validation of your basket:
Once you have made your choices, click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page to check the selected items. If everything is correct, click on "Proceed to checkout".
3. Delivery information:
Enter your delivery details and select the address where you would like to receive your order. We deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal and Spain.
4. Secure payment:
Select your preferred payment method and complete your purchase securely. We accept major credit cards as well as other secure online payment methods such as Paypal, Alma.
5. Order confirmation:
After validating your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking link.
Delivery with Colissimo & Chronopost
To ensure fast and reliable delivery, we work with Colissimo and Chronopost to send your orders in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Portugal.
Preparation and shipping : Your order will be carefully prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 working days after validation.
Home delivery : You have the choice between delivery without signature, with signature, or secure delivery by code within 2 to 4 days.
Delivery to a collection point : Choose delivery to a collection point (La Poste, Pickup relay or Pickup locker), generally carried out within 48 working hours.
Shipping costs:
Delivery costs are calculated automatically when you confirm your order and are clearly indicated before payment.
Tracking your package:
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your package in real time via the Colissimo or Chronopost website. You will be able to follow each stage of the delivery until it is received.
