1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt of the products, without having to provide a reason.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Items damaged or showing signs of use will not be accepted for a refund.
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at
service-client@kamsparis.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
4. Reimbursement
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then proceed to examine the reimbursement request. If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Non-refundable items
